You can contact us via email at info@greenhousestaging.co.uk or by telephone on 01492 515318 The terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. Please note that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You should print a copy of these terms or save them to your computer for future reference. All our products include a 21 day money back guarantee. Buy with confidence – 100% money back 21 day Guarantee If for any reason you don’t agree that your new greenhouse staging or accessory is the finest available at the best possible price, then simply put it back (in good condition) in its original packaging and return it to us within 21 days of delivery.

We guarantee to refund you 100% of the purchase price less the return postage ,we will agree these with you first. If you would like to return something, please telephone us on 01492 515318 and we can agree the procedure with you. You can return a product for any reason – e.g. don’t like it, doesn’t fit etc but of course we can’t accept a request for a return if the item has been damaged after delivery.

If something is defective or missing we can also send spare or replacement parts- please call us or email us. If you have any questions please do call us on 01492 515318 and we will be pleased to help. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

All prices on this site are in pound sterling and we only supply to the UK Mainland. Some exceptions do apply as outlined on our delivery page. Delivery: Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of the order being paid for excluding bank holidays and national holidays if the goods are in stock.

If the goods you order are "Out of Stock" we will contact you and send out the order as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Dispatch time for made to measure item can be longer and will be agreed at the time of ordering. Important: All goods must be checked for damages within 3 days from being received and you must inform us of any damages within 3 days from delivery. Cancellation You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 21 days from receipt (see returns policy).

However, this cancellation right does not apply for any made-to-measure or custom-made products or products made to your specification . Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Returns Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 21 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less any of the postage costs.

Order acceptance: HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will only take place when we send you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation).

The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. For made-to-measure and custom made products the contract is formed at the time of ordering the goods or products. Made to measure products are excluded from the 21 day money back guarantee. If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site we will inform you of this by e-mail or telephone - we will not complete your order. If after discussions with you no substitute or change is acceptable if you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 21 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full and any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
